Did you know that in 2013, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reported that over 15 million tons of textile waste were generated in the United States, and only 15% of it was reusable or recyclable?

According to the European Commission's website, the EU textile industry generates approximately 16 million tons of waste annually. Two-thirds of this is landfilled or incinerated, which is very dangerous and harmful to the environment.

If we talk about data from Poland, the amount of textile waste is estimated at around 2.5 million tonnes, of which approximately half is recyclable.

Alarming data, right?

That's why, as a clothing company producing pole dancing outfits, we care so much about taking care of both you and the environment.

PRODUCTION

First, we collaborate with local Polish sewing factories that meet the highest standards and whose employees are fairly compensated. This is where our products are made. In doing so, we support Polish businesses and the labor market. This allows us to employ specialists such as seamstresses, designers, and cutters.

MATERIALS

In the era of fast fashion, we value high-quality materials to ensure they last as long as possible. That's why we source our materials from Polish suppliers who import them from Italy. This way, Polish suppliers earn commission on sales.

You know the linings we sew into your outfits?

They are made from organic cotton, which is produced from scratch in Poland. We don't import it from other countries, thus reducing our carbon footprint.

We also buy every accessory, such as a label or elastic bands, from Polish producers.

Scraps, scraps, scraps…

As you have already read above, textile waste is a real problem in the environmental economy, so we face it and reuse our material scraps. :)

Who doesn't love colorful, high-quality hair ties? That's how our beloved scrunchies are made—from scrap fabrics we can no longer sew into another top or pair of shorts.

…but that's not all.

The pole dancing shoe covers you'll find in our store are also made from fabric scraps. They're sure to protect your shoes and give them a unique touch. We recommend them wholeheartedly and with a clear conscience. :)

 

SHIPMENT

Our products are not packaged in plastic. We use easily recyclable paper boxes. Furthermore, if you're making a return or exchange, you can reuse them for shipping, and we highly encourage you to do so!
