Terms and conditions of purchase of personalized products
Terms and conditions for purchasing personalized items:
- Delivery time is up to 14 business days. Items are made to individual customer orders.
- Due to the fact that personalized items are sewn SPECIALLY to the customer's order and are not available in our regular sales, it is not possible to return or exchange ordered personalized items.
- The submission and payment of a personalized order is binding and such an order cannot be canceled.
Types of personalization available on the website:
- PERSONALIZE - ADD AN ELASTIC WAISTBAND
Most of our shorts don't have an elastic waistband. Instead, they have a waistband made of a stretchy material, which may hang loosely from the waist on some body types.
If you have an hourglass figure and a particularly narrow waist, adding an elastic band to the waistband may be for you.
Adding an elastic band to the waistband of the shorts makes the waistband fit better to the body.
Select this personalization and add it to your cart along with the shorts. We'll sew the product with an elastic waistband.
Shorts personalized with an elastic waistband are non-returnable.
- PERSONALIZE - ADD INSERTS
Personalizing the SECOND SKIN top with inserts involves sewing the top with additional layers of fabric (spaces for inserts). The regular SECOND SKIN top does not have space for inserts. Therefore, personalizing this model means sewing the top to a special order. This model with inserts is NOT returnable.
Our other models, such as GAP, MOON, BASIC, TRIANGLE and ECLIPSE, have standard spaces for inserts, so if we decide to add inserts, we do not have to sew the top to the customer's special order, so these models can be returned.
- PERSONALIZE - CHANGE COLOR
If you like a particular model but don't see it in the color you're looking for on our website, this personalization option is for you. Most of our products offer the option of personalizing them—changing the color.
You can change the color of a product using the "change color" personalization option. Personalization involves changing the color of a given model. All available colors are visible in the tab. To choose the right color, visit our color palette.
Due to the fact that the customer chooses a model in a color that we do not normally have in stock, this product is made at the customer's request and is not subject to returns.
- PERSONALIZE - DIFFERENT SIZE
Our standard offer includes clothing in sizes XS to L. At the customer's request, we can sew a given product in sizes XXS, XL or XXL.
This item is made specifically to order and is therefore non-returnable.

"Art. 38. The consumer shall not be entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded away from business premises or at a distance in relation to contracts:
3) where the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet his individual needs;
