The PDC has implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in applicable personal data protection provisions. In particular, the following have been taken into account: the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 regarding personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used for personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The most important elements of the personal data protection system used include:
- SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and revactiv.com is encrypted with a 256-bit key.
- We collect and process only the necessary personal data for the shortest possible time, and you must provide separate consent for any activities not related to the execution of the purchase and sale agreement.
- Only authorized persons trained in the protection of personal data have access to your personal data, guaranteeing its security.
- The revactiv.com IT system and internal company procedures meet all personal data protection standards.
The ADO has thus fulfilled all legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
III. Personal data, purpose and duration of storage
A. Placing an order
When placing an order, please provide us with the information necessary to complete the order.
When placing an order, please provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment;
3. e-mail – necessary for communication related to the execution of the order;
4. telephone number – necessary when selecting certain delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer selects delivery to an address other than the one indicated during registration or placing the order, please also provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution – necessary for us to address the shipment;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment;
3. telephone number of the recipient of the shipment – necessary when selecting certain delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document with data other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please also provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales receipt;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a sales receipt;
The data provided when placing an order is processed by revactiv.com and the following entities to the extent specified below:
1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill, which is also an order for delivery of the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment, the following are transferred:
a. Polish Post (KRS: 0000334972, NIP: 5250007313, REGON: 010684960)
b. IN POST SA (KRS: 0000536554, NIP: 6793087624, REGON: 122726260)
If you use an external payment system for payment, all data provided after visiting the payment operator's website remains registered only in its database and is not in any way accessible or stored by revactiv.com.
Revactiv.com cooperates with the following payment operators:

If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it during the registration or ordering process, please only provide your e-mail address to which commercial information from revactiv.com will be sent.
If you no longer wish to be informed about our promotional activities and wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, go to "My account" -> "Edit profile" and uncheck the boxes marked: "I agree to receive information about new products and promotions" and "Consent to the newsletter." This applies only to logged-in users.
D. Correspondence
If we receive personal data that is not necessary for the performance of a contract or a legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, in withdrawal forms, warranty or guarantee forms, such data will be immediately deleted or anonymised and will not be processed.
Therefore, please do not provide us with information and personal data that we do not explicitly request and that are not relevant to the performance of the contract or legal obligation.
IV. Cookies - Your personal data, which is collected automatically when you enter revactiv.com
Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the revactiv.com Customer.
revactiv.com uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies." "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Customer's end device until logging out, leaving the website, or disabling the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the Customer's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the Customer.
The following types of cookies are used within revactiv.com:
1. "essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available on revactiv.com; e.g., authentication cookies used for services that require authentication;
2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect authentication abuse within revactiv.com;
3. "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how revactiv.com websites are used;
4. "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the Customer and personalizing the revactiv.com interface;
5. "advertising" cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to the Customer that is more tailored to his or her interests.

A. revactiv.com (server)
The IT system used by revactiv.com automatically collects log data related to the device you use to connect to revactiv.com. This data is collected solely for statistical purposes and includes: device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, color depth, IP address, internet service provider, and the address you entered revactiv.com. It is used solely to optimize revactiv.com to ensure the best possible user experience.
These data are never combined with the data provided, referred to in Part III, and constitute only material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors.
Revactiv.com uses servers from OVH sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław (KRS: 0000220286; NIP: 8992520556) and store software from NetArch Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków (KRS: 0000286559; NIP: 945-208-91-38). These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.
Data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.
B. revactiv.com (cookies)
revactiv.com uses "cookies" technology, which are text files placed on your device, to enable revactiv.com to recognize you and adapt revactiv.com to your needs.
revactiv.com uses cookies to:
1. remembering your login (the session lasts 30 minutes from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
2. remembering the contents of your shopping cart (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
3. remembering your revactiv.com display preferences (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);
4. creating statistics and audience reports on the operation of revactiv.com; (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

revactiv.com carefully selects its business partners, but is not responsible for their cookie policies. Therefore, we recommend verifying each of our partners' privacy policies and making your own decision on whether to accept their cookies.

VI. Transfer of your personal data
In special situations where applicable law requires the Personal Data Controller to transfer collected data to state authorities, revactiv.com will make such data available.
Except for these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law and based on separate data processing agreements, is transferred to specific entities solely and exclusively in connection with the need to fulfill the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting firms, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, and carriers.
In the event of such a transfer, the Personal Data Controller concludes appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller.
VII. Changes to the revactiv.com privacy policy
Revactiv.com reserves the right to change its privacy policy if applicable law so requires, the technological conditions of revactiv.com operation change, or the change introduces a standard higher than the minimum required by law.
