DELIVERY
Order processing time: The estimated shipping date for each product is listed with each product and is typically 3-5 business days.
Personalized orders have an extended delivery time of up to 7 business days.
The delivery time is counted from the day on which the order was paid.
Delivery costs and methods within Poland:
- InPost parcel lockers - PLN 13.00 for purchases over PLN 300.00 - delivery is free (does not apply to re-delivery after return to sender)
- Shipping via InPost courier - PLN 15.00
- Personal collection (Poznań, ul. Leszczyńska 127) possible from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. - PLN 0.00
Shipping outside Poland: 7-14 business days.
RETURN
Returns: at buyer's expense (14 days for returns from the moment of receiving the package)
Clothes turned out to be too small, or you changed your mind about the color and want to exchange it? Or maybe you just want to make a return?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to make a decision. This means that if you don't contact us, you can send your parcel to us no later than the 14th day.
Please remember that the clothing cannot show any signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

If you return a personalized order to us, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Step by step return
When returning goods, download, print and complete the returns form and then send it together with the returned products to the following address:

You can deliver your parcel to us using the method most convenient for you. This can be done via Poczta Polska (Polish Post) or a courier company. However, we recommend choosing a carrier that will provide you with a delivery confirmation and a tracking number. Cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted. Parcels sent to an address other than the one above (e.g., to a parcel locker) will also not be accepted. Personal delivery is not possible.
Once you have returned the item, we have 14 days to process your return.
Please remember that returned items CANNOT show any signs of use, must have the original sealed tag and, in the case of the swimwear collection, a sanitary liner.
You can also return goods using the form below. Remember to include the completed returns form in your package.
Pack the products you want to return
Remember to protect the returned item from damage by using appropriate padding. Pack the shipment in a regular-sized box or a plastic bag used by the courier company. Seal the shipment with tape. Do not use stretch wrap.
Send your parcel via Convenient Returns
Go to form in which you will send your parcel. You will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can drop off your parcel at a parcel locker or at locations such as Żabka, Stokrotka, Auchan, or Carefour.
Wait for your refund
We will refund your money within 14 days. You will receive the refund to the account number provided on the withdrawal form.
Quick and convenient
EXCHANGE
1. If you wish to make an exchange, please return your order and order a new product on the website.
2. If the product you are interested in is currently unavailable, please write to us at revactiv@gmail.com , we may be waiting for its delivery :)

Return parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
