Jak poradzić sobie z brakiem przyczepności na rurce podczas treningu pole dance?

How to deal with a lack of grip on the pole during pole dance training?

No grip on pole dance pole

We all know that there are days when our grip on the pole is poor. A poor grip can ruin a workout that was supposed to be great. There are many reasons for this, but we also have plenty of solutions for you. :)

Why doesn't it stay on the tube?

Here we will list some common causes and suggest how to deal with them.

Warming up first! It's crucial to properly warm up your body, so don't delay your warm-up, do it thoroughly, and ideally dress warmly – especially in winter. If the pole is cold and your skin is cold, your grip will also be reduced.

Another reason for slipping off the tube could be dry skin. Applying greasy oil isn't the best solution, but hydrating from the inside out is! Drink plenty of water, and your body and tube will thank you. :D

It's no secret that grip is often a personal preference. If you have a hard time sliding down a pole, it's worth choosing a powder-coated pole. It has a rougher surface than classic stainless steel, creating more friction between your skin and the pole, so you'll stay on it better.

If the problem lies with your hands, it's worth washing your hands during your workout. If you're hot and your hands sweat easily, wash them with cold water. If you're cold, wash them with warm water.

A solution that pole dancers (and we too) love is chalk. It has excellent moisture-absorbing properties. We recommend chalk from REV ACTIV, which is available in two varieties in our online store. The right chalk is very important, so if you've tried a different chalk and it didn't work, be sure to try ours.

What if the problem lies in your legs too? We have a new solution. Sticky leggings are available in our store. , which have a whole list of advantages. First and foremost, they're a great solution for people who have dry skin on their legs or, for other reasons, can't keep their feet on the pole. They're made of a special material that sticks to the pole. Another advantage is that they don't cause skin abrasions. You'll appreciate them most when training on cold days, when you're afraid to strip down to shorts and touch the still-cold pole. In our sticky leggings, you'll survive the winter and enjoy going to classes even on cold days. Sticky leggings They're also a good option for people who don't like wearing shorts that reveal their legs and buttocks. Be sure to check them out. :)
