1. Straighten up

Nothing looks as bad as a hunched posture while dancing. Pulling your shoulder blades together will open your chest and lift you upward. This will make you look more confident, which will give your dance more power.

2. Flex your legs

Loose and untense legs make dancing look… bland. Besides the appearance itself, it's also unhealthy for your joints. Of course, too much tension in your legs isn't the best solution either. You have to find the balance :)

3. Look at yourself in the mirror

The first advantage of looking at your reflection in the mirror is that you can observe your movements while dancing. This way, you can spot mistakes you might not have even realized. Secondly, looking down makes your silhouette seem closed off, and you look insecure.

4. Dancewear

Dress in what you feel best in. As we know, clothes have a huge impact on our well-being. Sensual, delicate, and flowing clothes add subtlety and extravagance to any dance. They accentuate and complement the movements. Wearing light colors and soft materials will add a touch of lightness to your dance, while opting for mesh clothing in darker colors will make your dance more alluring and sexy.
