There are many myths about pole dancing, have you come across any of them?

1. To start pole dancing I need to have strong hands

Of course, strong hands are definitely an advantage in this type of acrobatics, but they're not essential. Over time and with continued training, your hands and body will become more accustomed to the exercises and stronger. When you first start pole dancing, no instructor will expect you to perform inverted figures, so don't worry too much! :)

2. Pole dancing is only for women

Nothing could be further from the truth! There are more and more men among both students and instructors.

3.I don't have a perfect body

First of all, we want to remind you that there's no such thing as a "perfect body" or a "perfect figure." Everyone has their own definition of beauty, and it's worth remembering that. Moles, scars, or stretch marks are nothing to be ashamed of. We all have them, and we need to accept them. It makes us unique and unrepeatable beings.

4. Pole dancing is for strippers

It's the 21st century, and anyone who still thinks this way definitely needs to learn more about the sport of pole dancing. Pole dancing is a form of acrobatics. Its distinctive element is a vertical pole, commonly called a pole or a tube. Fortunately, awareness of the sport is growing due to its popularity, and negative comments about it are becoming increasingly rare.
